The user-centered design methodology for XR Digital Twin solutions integrates input from multiple sources to ensure both technical feasibility and user relevance. The process combines insights from internal project partners, members of a stakeholder board, and an ethics advisory board through 1-on-1 interviews and online workshops conducted via collaborative design platforms. Additionally, user data collected during an intermediate validation phase, as well as responses from a public survey distributed on social networks, were incorporated into the development of use cases. All collected data informed the creation of a comprehensive list of technical and user requirements, which was iteratively refined to guide the development of XR applications. The methodology is further supported by the creation of detailed user personas, which help identify user pain points, goals, and expectations. The entire process was conducted in a two-phase iterative cycle, ensuring continuous alignment with stakeholder needs and user requirements throughout development.
