Result description
This web-based platform is designed to support scientists, farmers, and the wider public in exploring, researching, and applying knowledge about Camelina sativa. The Hub brings together advanced tools, curated data, and interactive visualizations, making complex genetic and phenotypic information accessible and actionable. The Hub allows users to explore genetic diversity, perform genome-wide association studies (GWAS), identify significant genetic variations, and annotate genomic targets. Visual tools make it easy to compare traits, understand patterns, and gain insights into Camelina adaptation. A key feature is the Downloads Module, which lets users access study-specific experimental data along with detailed metadata. Users can:
- Browse studies and select experiments and assays.
- View experiment details such as locations, treatments, plant tissues, and time points.
- Download data in TSV format, which preserve metadata and experimental context for reproducibility.
Addressing target audiences and expressing needs
- Grants and Subsidies
- Collaboration
We aim to connect with plant breeders, crop scientists, agritech companies, farmers, and innovation partners who are interested in improving crop adaptation, resilience, and productivity in changing environmental conditions. Through collaboration and knowledge exchange, the Plant Adaptation Hub supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies that strengthen plant performance while contributing to sustainable food systems.

R&D, Technology and Innovation aspects
The Hub will enhance its predictive power by integrating genomic selection models to support trait prediction and efficient genotype selection. Interactive dashboards will provide key breeding insights. Through standardized APIs, data sharing, and the integration of datasets from additional crops, the Hub will strengthen its role as an open, scalable platform for crop adaptation research.
