We are looking for advisors and partners with deep law enforcement procurement and regulatory expertise, especially in EU security markets, GDPR and AI Act compliance. Strategic advisors with experience in scaling complex, federated platforms and managing multi-partner IP and governance models. Investment-wise, we need public-interest-aligned investors, public funding bodies, and strategic industry investors who understand long sales cycles and integration-heavy products rather than fast SaaS growth. The key qualities are credibility, domain knowledge, and long-term commitment.

TENSOR is at TRL 6–7, validated in realistic law enforcement pilots but not yet commercial. Next steps include freezing a reference release, aligning modules with different TRLs, conducting further validation, hardening security, compliance, and finalising federated exploitation and IP agreements. Commercial MVPs and early LEA deployments are required to achieve market readiness within 2–3 years.

Scalability is achieved through a federated business model that enables multiple partners to jointly commercialise the TENSOR Platform while retaining ownership of their respective IP. This avoids the need for a single legal entity and enables growth without structural bottlenecks. The platform scales technically through its modular architecture, allowing new biometric components and services to be integrated with limited impact on the core system. Market scalability follows a phased approach: starting with local and regional LEAs, expanding to national agencies via procurement frameworks, and later to EU-level bodies. Organisational scalability is ensured through central commercial coordination combined with flexible partner-led delivery teams, allowing revenue, costs, and operational effort to scale across the federation in line with demand.

The TENSOR platform is a replicable result, as it is designed as a modular, standards-based software solution that can be consistently deployed across multiple organisations and markets. Its architecture separates core functionalities (biometric fusion, analytics, reporting) from data sources and operational workflows, allowing the same platform to be replicated and configured for different Law Enforcement Authorities needs without functional changes.

Replicability is reinforced through the use of containerised components, open interfaces, and documented deployment procedures, enabling reliable installation and operation in different environments. The platform is modality-agnostic and can integrate existing or new biometric tools through configuration rather than custom development. As a result, TENSOR can be repeatedly deployed to deliver the same analytical capabilities, compliance features, and reporting quality across contexts.

The TENSOR Platform is modular and extensible, allowing new biometric modalities, AI components, and regulatory requirements to be integrated over time without redesign. This supports continuous evolution and protects the result from obsolescence. The platform aims to serve as a complementary layer to existing law enforcement systems, aligning with long operational lifecycles. From a business perspective, sustainability is ensured through a federated exploitation model that distributes costs, revenues, and responsibilities across partners while preserving IP ownership. Recurring revenues from licensing, integration, and support, combined with a realistic path to breakeven and regulatory alignment, provide a stable basis for long-term operations and reinvestment.
