The operational tool to be an open-source application that will help stakeholders to decide different possibilities for building retrofitting and renovation. Given the conditions of a building, the program will study available technologies for a specific function (e.g. insulation, glazing, domestic hot water, heating and cooling, use of renewable energy sources) or a combination of them, and show an integrated economic and environmental analysis, as well as the potential energy saved.
