The research output offers data about instances of lethal violence occurring in Padua between the early 17th and late 18th centuries. The data include: recording date; victim’s title; victim’s gender and age; information about victim’s parents or husband; victim’s occupation and place of origin; place of violence; body part injured; weapon; used and other details; time of violence and interval between violence and death; finally, whether the victim was examined by a health practitioner.
