Multi-material 3D printer for advanced ceramic materials

Listing Description

Result description

3dceram has developed a multimaterial 3d printer in order to produce SOFC stacks (YSZ, YSZ-NiO, YSZ-LSM,…).

This machine can also be used for other applications such as electronic substrates (LTCC, HTCC) or fluidic applications by using a sacrificial material to create complex channels.

The dispensing systems can be adapted according to the number of material to deposit and the resolution to achieve (from 300µm to 50µm).

In total the hybrid ceramaker printer allows to deposit up to 5 different materials.
