Result description
A methodology to produce high efficiency solar cells based on a sequential process including the deposition of metallic stacks by sputtering, followed by a reactive annealing under selenium and tin atmosphere is developed. Most relevant processes parameters like type and characteristics of the sputtering targets, sputtering conditions, composition, annealing temperature, pressure, time and type of routine have been optimized.
Addressing target audiences and expressing needs
- Collaboration
- Other type of Investment
Collaboration with companies, and investment from the private sector will be required to scale-up the technology.
- Research and Technology Organisations
- Academia/ Universities
- Private Investors
R&D, Technology and Innovation aspects
The technology is achieving TRL5 in our project, with a full technology development. To go furhter, we will need a combination of Private Investors and Public funding Institutions.
