Result description
The EnergyMatching Platform aims to support designers and other professionals in maximizing the RES harvesting in their built environment. Through the integration of a matchmaking tool, it guides users to meet their own interests and potential exploiting resources developed within the project. It offers an optimization tool that suggests optimal configurations of BIPV systems, and provides inspiring examples of active building skin solutions (BIPV and Solar Window Block). The Platform also links users to the EnergyMatching technology providers, establishing an important connection with the industry sector.
The platform contains a repository part, with the demo-sites and other case studies optimizations and results. The interface of the platform is designed to be user-friendly to be attractive for a large scale of users. It also contains the catalogue of the technologies, the homepage guides the target users towards the use of the platform through the implementation of an EM matchmaking tool, and the marketplace where all EM technologies and results display their potentialities.

To be able to be scalable, the platform should find additional resources. Next step is to provide an updated of the business model and UVP that it will complete the platform mission to serve clients and stakeholders in the retrofitting projects.
The platform aims to serve clients and customers that are looking to find an holistic approach to their retrofitting experience. It aims also to cover a broad range of geographial markets.
The platform sustainability is subjected to the incoming of additional resources from innovation projects.
