Expected Outcome

  • Leistungsstarke GenAI-Tools für Anwendungsfälle in der biomedizinischen Forschung.

  • Verbesserte Interpretierbarkeit und Akzeptanz von GenAI-Modellen.

  • Nachgewiesener Nutzen der Datenintegration für die prädiktive, präventive oder therapeutische Forschung.

  • Beiträge zum Europäischen Gesundheitsdatenraum und zu GenAI-Ökosystemen.

Scope

Projekte sollten:

  • Integrieren und harmonisieren Sie multimodale Datensätze aus verschiedenen Quellen (Biobanken, Kohorten, EHRs, Omics, Bildgebung usw.).

  • Entwickeln Sie GenAI-Modelle, die interpretierbar, reproduzierbar und auf biomedizinische Anwendungen zugeschnitten sind.

  • Berücksichtigen Sie ethische, rechtliche und regulatorische Überlegungen und stellen Sie sicher, dass KI-Tools den Standards im Gesundheitswesen entsprechen.

  • Ermöglichen Sie Skalierbarkeit und unterstützen Sie offene Wissenschaft durch FAIR-Datenpraktiken und Open-Source-Beiträge.

  • Enthalten Sie Validierungspipelines, um die Leistung des Modells, die Verringerung von Verzerrungen und die Relevanz für die Endnutzer (Kliniker, Forscher) zu bewerten.

Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe, Patientenvertretern und Regulierungsexperten wird empfohlen.
