Result description
The purpose of these Guidelines is to put health and wellbeing at the centre of lighting, planning and design processes, integrated within a wider decision making approach. Therefore the report is crafted to address a broad spectrum of target groups at policy level, specifically within municipalities
Addressing target audiences and expressing needs
- To raise awareness and possibly influence policy
the target audience is: policy makers; technicians in city departments dealing with urban issues, lighting infrastructures, welfare and social services; lighting designers. They can be influenced by the contents of the guidelines and provide further insights.
