We are looking for opportunities to further exploit the developed e-learning collection. Our goals include expanding its usage and user base, identifying new stakeholders interested in training and education, and establishing new research and professional collaborations. The collection offers flexible learning resources and training formats that can be adapted to diverse needs, making it an excellent foundation for partnerships and knowledge exchange.

The e-learning collection has been successfully implemented, tested and validated by corresponding stakeholders and users who have provided their feedback. The future stages involve communication and collaboration with new users, collaborators. If needed, the e-learning collection will be updated accordingly to the needs of the users.

The AI4Gov e-learning collection is designed with high replicability in mind. Interested stakeholders—such as public administrations, policy makers, educators, and research institutions—can collaborate with us to implement tailored learning and training initiatives. We offer a flexible portfolio that includes e-learning materials, structured online courses, and interactive training workshops, all adaptable to specific needs and contexts. This approach ensures that the knowledge and methodologies developed within AI4Gov can be scaled and transferred across different sectors and regions. By covering diverse aspects of AI—such as ethics, governance, transparency, and democratic principles—we enable stakeholders to build capacity and foster responsible AI adoption. Replicability is further supported by the open-access nature of the resources, allowing continuous customization and integration into local strategies and policy frameworks.

The open and free e-learning collection fosters understanding of AI as a foundation for sustainable democratic processes in an increasingly digital world. By promoting principles of trustworthy AI—fairness, transparency, and accountability—it strengthens societal resilience and long-term value. As the main developer and manager, Jožef Stefan Institute (JSI) will continue to adapt and reuse materials to meet evolving learner needs and align with its research priorities. This ensures sustainability through openness, continuous improvement, and relevance for policy-making. JSI’s strategic goal is to shape AI understanding within the policy context, especially for decision-makers, reinforcing democratic governance and ethical AI adoption. The collection remains a living resource, adaptable to research and societal challenges, supporting informed and responsible AI development.
