Monitoring der mechanischen Spannung an Stahlseilen

Listing Description

Zur exakten Planung von Wartungsintervallen, zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Materialermüdung sowie zur Vermeidung von ungeplanten Ausfallzeiten (predictive maintenance) wurde im Rahmen des Projektes ein Sensor zur Bestimmung der Riemenspannung in Transmissionsriemen von Antriebsanlagen auf Basis von Si-DMS entwickelt. Die Lösung ist im Rahmen von der kundenspezifischen Entwicklung auf die Anwendung in Bauwerken, Brücken, zur Überwachung von Bahninfrastruktur usw. übertragbar.

  • Integrierter mechanischer Schutz der Sensoren gegen äußere Manipulation
  • Einsatzbereich Temperatur -10°C bis +80°C
  • Max. Kraft bis ca. 40 kN am Applikationsbeispiel demonstriert (Tragfähigkeit der Stahlgurte war ausgelegt bis 35,7 kN)
  • Messspanne des Sensorsignals  20 mV/V
  • Messabweichung 1-2% FS bei T = 25°C
  • Messabweichung 2-5% FS bei T = -10°C bis +80°C
