Listing Description

With a long experience in Image Sensor Functionalization, SILIOS technologies design and manufacture Wavefront Imagers for Microscopy based on commercial CMOS and InGaAs sensors and offer off-the-shelf and custom QLSI (Quadriwave Lateral Shearing Interferometry) Wavefront Imaging Cameras for VIS/NIR/SWIR spectral ranges.
These cameras can be easily implemented in the port of inverted optical microscopes and has been designed for the high-precision characterization of samples such as:
– Living Cells (1): neurons & neurites, organelles, vesicles, bacteria, eukaryoptic cells, algae, yeast, archaea, virus, …
– Nanophotonics objects: nanoparticles, 2D-materials, metasurfaces, nanowires, …

Specifications and Deliverables:

• Sensor type: CMOS or InGaAs
• Spatial resolution: up to 20 Mpix (up to now)
• Pixel size: down to 2.74 µm
• Wavelength resolution: up to 1500×1500 phase points
• Spatial resolution: down to 8.2 µm at sensor level (82 nm with X100 magnification lens at sample level)
