Result description
The main aim of this result is to analyse the (digital) maturity of a public administration and provide recommendations to improve such maturity.
The model is supported by an ICT tool (DIGIMAT), based on questionnaires, that analyses how a public administration performs in technological, organizational, people and legal processes. The results are provided in the form of recommendations so that the public administrations can improve the implementation of such processes and policy adoption and compliance.
