Current stage: hairping winding designed, manufactured and mounted within ReFreeDrive’s induction motors

Next steps: further development of the technology and the existing technology, or progressing in the commercialization of the current prototypes.

The use of fully- or semi-automated manufacturing processes ensure the replicability of the results obtained within the project

Sustainability

Different forming technologies can be applied, according to the product specifications and cycle time. Besides, considering mass production features and high levels of automation since the design stage of the haripin winding ensures that the solution developed will take advantage of economies of scale to optimize cost vs performance, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the result.
