Result description
This KER is the outcome of the LEAD Living Labs set-up work during the first phase of the LEAD project. The Living Labs defined potential future scenarios by combining innovative last-mile distribution strategies (agile freight storage and distribution, low-emission delivery vehicles, smart data-driven logistics solution). The Living-Labs conducted an ex-ante analysis to identify the scenarios’ potential consequences on the economic, social and environmental dimensions of sustainability in comparison with the business as usual scenario. The Living Labs established the communities of practice from a wide variety of local stakeholders with different interests and roles who helped define the opportunities and threats of each scenario and identify the most feasible and valuable one to implement. The KER includes a preliminary list of the LEAD Living-Labs KPIs.
